Emergency First Aid
This comprehensive 1-day course offers a detailed introduction to essential first aid skills and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR). It’s most commonly needed in construction and security sectors.

All-inclusive training for security guard certification along with the required First Aid training.

Basic Life Support (BLS)

Our courses blend flexible online learning with hands-on, scenario-based First Aid instruction that builds confidence and competence.
After you’ve completed all components of your course (including any online + in-person components), you will receive a Canadian Red Cross Emergency First Aid certificate — accepted by employers throughout Ontario.
