    DURATION

    Standard First Aid Level C:
8 hours online + approximately 8 hours in class

    Standard First Aid with BLS:
BLS is not offered as a blended/online course.

Standard First Aid Recertification

Recertifying is an important way to keep your lifesaving skills up-to-date and, in some cases, reduce your in-course time.

  • To recertify, you must meet all three prerequisites:

    1. The course date must be before your card expires.

    2. the last course you took was a complete Standard First Aid course (not a one-day recertification course), AND

    3. your current certificate was provided by the Canadian Red Cross.

  • Standard First Aid Level C: 7.5 hours in class

Standard First Aid with BLS: 9 hours in class

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
The set up was light and airy, nothing compared to when I did this training years ago with another company where we all followed an extremely dry PowerPoint presentation.

Two days in training flew by very quickly and I truly feel ready to encounter an emergency situation due to the hands-on experience I received.

When it comes time to renew, I will not look elsewhere that’s for sure!
