Intermediate First Aid/ Standard First Aid & CPR/AED
More Than a Name Change. Still the Confidence You Expect.
The Canadian Red Cross has renamed Standard First Aid to Intermediate First Aid, but the course itself hasn't changed. If you're looking for Standard First Aid for work, school, or personal preparedness, you're in the right place.
Available through in-person and blended (online + classroom) formats, Intermediate First Aid teaches the practical skills to respond confidently in emergencies while meeting workplace certification requirements.
We believe great instructors breed great confidence. That means less reading from slides, more hands-on practice, and instructors who make learning engaging, approachable, and memorable.
Unsure if this is the the course you need? Call, text, or email us; we can help.

“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
The set up was light and airy, nothing compared to when I did this training years ago with another company where we all followed an extremely dry PowerPoint presentation.
Two days in training flew by very quickly and I truly feel ready to encounter an emergency situation due to the hands-on experience I received.
When it comes time to renew, I will not look elsewhere that’s for sure!”
